pt. 2. Composite construction: contains tables giving engineering properties of various combinations of the most commonly used rolled steel beams with top slabs of concrete of various grades and thicknesses. Typical examples are shown to demonstrate the use of the tables and to indicate the resulting savings in weight of steel.
