Includes the proceedings and resolves of Congress of the 27th and 28th, concerning the national debt, and of the 29th of April, concerning claims to western territory. Cf. Evans 18845, which includes the proceedings and resolves for April 27 and 28 only. According the Wheeler, "the type was reset and this is printed on a less expensive paper."
