This edition was disowned by Leeds in his preface to "The genuine Leeds almanack" for 1730, published at Philadelphia by David Harry.

Two states of gathering C noted. The first has Maryland courts on verso of C3 (p. [22]). The second has Rhode Island and Connecticut courts on this page.

Signatures: [A]⁴ B-C⁴ D².

Title vignette, "The arms of the family of Leeds," at head of title. The Anatomy is the only other illustration.
