A reissue of "A discoverie of the true causes why Ireland was never entirely subdued", with new title page. The title page is a cancel in some copies; in the Balliol College copy it is conjugate with A4; in the Harvard copy it is possibly conjugate with A3.

The last page contains errata. Variant: the last page is blank.
