Murchison, Seconded by Mr. Benjamin Rotch, Vice-President, and Resolved, -- "That the able Statement of the Preliminary Proceedings with regard to the intended Industrial Exhibition of 1851, which has been made by Mr. Scott Russell, with such further particulars to this time as he may deem expedient, be printed and circulated among the Members."--Caption.
