"This book is printed on acid-free Magnani paper ... The only commissioned paper is .. made by Bill Patterson at the Three Rivers Paper Mill ... The Monotype Fournier was cast by Peter Xavier Sanderson at Whittington ... Peter Allen ... recreated the hand colouring on page 68. The two samples on page 82 ... were printed at Curwen Press ... Lowinsky drew for line block reproduction, and new blocks were made in Manchester at The Block Shop ... The edition is of 250 copies, bound by hand in the workshop of Stephen Conway. Binding of the regular edition is with cloth and the Lowinsky patterned paper ... published by Shepherd's Bindery in London. Five copies have been given a special binding devised by Stephen Conway."--Colophon.
