MASS copy: Bound in purple fine morocco-grain cloth blocked in gold and blind. Boards with bevelled edges; a.e.g. With pastel yellow painted endpapers. Upper paste-down endpaper with label lithographed in red and blue: "London: Published by Day & Son. Lithographers to the Queen. 6, Gate St. Lincoln's Inn Fields and Chromolithographed at their Establishment after the Drawings by H. N. Humphreys Esqr.". With binder's ticket: "Bound by Leighton Son and Hodge."
