The story of L. M. Montgomery is such an inspiring one for me. Indeed, there is no short cut to success.
In page 62, I can see that with the great passion to writing, Ms. Montgomery got up early in cold winter days before going to work. I wonder if I can do like that. Even in Taiwan, where the temperature in winter early morning is above 15 degrees Celsius, I would rather roll in the warm blanket than do anything else.
In page 76, getting the sincere reply from the readers is the best reward for a writer.
The road to be a successful writer is no easy task at all. Suffering from much sacrifice and labor which are seldom known to the public, the writer is always seen the honor he or she gets.
The top of Mt. Alpine is a super symbol for every mountaineer, but only those who aspire, restrain, stick to their goals can reach the summit.
