Includes small wood-engraved illustrated initial.

MASS copy: Bound in pale pink glazed paper-covered boards. Upper cover lithographed in black and blue with the titling and an all-over decorative pattern design. Upper cover with imprint: "Paton & Ritchie, Edinburgh" and "[H & A?] Ritchie Lith. Edinr.". Lower cover lithographed with publisher's advertisement within the same design. Lacking spine back. With ownership inscription dated 1852: "James Taylor".
