B.Shyam Sunder was a born fighter. He was the first and foremost who raised a banner of militant revolt against practice of caste system in Nizams dominion. He was a MLA to Hyderabad and Mysore state. He gave an interview to the Anti Corruption weekly Hyderabad, where in he intend to form Bhim Sena a social-cultural organization based on the natural instinct of self preservation.

The government of Andra Pradesh filed a civil case against this interview. The beauty of this case was that the judge tried the case was a Brahimin, the public prosecutor was a Brahmin and Mr Dixit the defendent lawyer of Shyam sunder was also happens to be a Brahimin. The judge upheld the contention of Shyam sunder and he accepted that there prevails a untouchability and this book is the result of his statement in the court. This books highlights the enslavement of indigenous original inhabitants of India and how they were made untouchables in their birth home land
