Vols. I and II were published by J.M. Sanderson for the proprietor, though some copies bear Pomeroy's imprint. cf. Sabin.

Vols. I-II were edited by John Sanderson; vols. III-VI, by Robert Waln, jr.; vols. VII-IX are without any editor's name. The volumes are numbered on the half-titles.
