Lucinda is a vagabond who puts all her efforts into getting the affection and communication of visitors who pass by her newly acquired house. This begins to work until Inspector Vinagre appears imposing his laws in an injust and authoritarian way. Faced with the inspector's behavior, the children decide to take action.
