The swallow flies over the forest and lake bringing a message for all animals that a meeting will be held on the next morning as there is a great news to announce. Comes the next morning, the parrot breaks the news: this forest and lake area has been preserved as a wildlife sanctuary. A celebration party follows the announcement. The porcupine could have been elected as the master of ceremony for the party, but he disappears from the crowd. When he comes back later. He has brought all kinds of nuts and fruits to treat all.
