John Adams Library copy appears to be missing frontispiece in v. 2 is a copy of the original music for 'The voluntary before the march.' Reportedly, the frontispiece in v. 1 is an engraving by Grignion depicting the presentation of Earl Rivers and Caxton, his printer, to Edward IV.
Some copies with misprint in running title on p. 74 of v. 1; other copies corrected at press.
