Letter written in pencil.
William Lloyd Garrison gives his travel plans. William Lloyd Garrison and Fanny Garrison Villard twice attended a piano concert by Annette Essipoff [i.e. Anna Nikolaevna Esipova]. Garrison visited the Metropolitan Art Museum, where he saw the Cesnola Collection of Egyptian Antiquities. Garrison made several social calls.
Also with the same Call No. Ms.A.1.1 v.9, p.12A, there is a newspaper clipping (information artifact) entitled "Mme. Essipoff's Second Matinee," ca. Nov. 21, 1876, consisting of a favorable review of Anna Nikolaevna Esipova's piano concert.
