"Here ends Cicero's De amicitia, with the English translation of Sir John Harryngton, edited by E.D. Ross, & printed at the Essex House Press, Campden, Glos., 1904, under the care of C.R. Ashbee, by whom are the two blocks, which have been cut by Alec Miller."--Page [103].
The English translation is that of John Harington, of Kelston, which was originally published in 1550. Cf. Brit. Mus. cat.
