The comedy mentioned in the title was Francesco d'Ambra's La cofanaria. The intermezzos created for the 1565 festivities were by G.B. Cini.

Signatures: A⁸ B⁴ (B3 blank; B4, probably blank, wanting).
Descriptions of the intermezzos on p. 6-16 (misprinted 14) include texts for madrigals, etc.
