Six leaves of board, each cut out to form a rectangular frame and covered with black cloth; each frame has a rectangular transparency (etching) inset and held in place with bookbinder's thread. Transparencies may be viewed from recto and verso. Back and front covers are gray cloth boards with smaller transparencies inset near black cloth spine.
LC has copy no. 19 signed by the author.
