Colima, Mexico and the Cristero Rebellion

It addresses the involvement and military operations in the Mexican state of Colima during the Cristero War (Jan 1, 1927 - June 21, 1929.) Colima is the smallest of Mexican states. It borders the Pacific Ocean and is enclosed by Jalisco to the north and Michoacan to the south. Many of the Cristero insurgents came from Colima.
