The commentary, formerly ascribed to Thomas Aquinas, is now attributed to Thomas Wallensis.
De disciplina scholarium is wrongly attributed to Boethius.
Imprint from colophon; the printer was Boneto Locatelli. Cf. Goff.
Date expressed in Latin words in colophon: ... anno incarnationis domini post milesimum quaterq[ue] centesimu[m] octogesimonono Nono Kalendas Ianuarij.
Eight-line poem on n5v. The first letters of each line spell the name "Conradus", i.e. Conradus Poseiaen (editor of the 2nd work.) Cf. GW.
Signatures: a-m⁸ n⁶.
