Edition Notes

Vol. 1, pts. 1-2 "The New England chronology", brings the history down to September 7, 1630. Twenty years after the publication of v. 1 appeared v. 2 under the title "Annals of New England", in three numbers, covering the period from September 28, 1630, to August 5, 1633. No. 1. Boston: Printed and sold by S. Kneeland in Queen-street and by J. and T. Leverett in Cornhill [1755] No. 2-3. Boston: Printed by B. Edes and J. Gill in Kingstreet, for S. Kneeland in Queen-street, and for J. and T. Leverett in Cornhill [1755] No. 3 on title page.

The last number breaks off in the middle of a sentence. This comprises all that was ever published of the history, and is very rare.
