Centered on a short thesis supporting reason over faith, by an unidentified follower of Locke (original English and Latin translation in opposite pages (p. [1]-19), dated at the end: L. 25. Nov. 1701), in 22 points, each of which is examined at length in the Animadversiones (p. 20-203). Followed by 3 related texts (called Accessiones).
Each Accessio has half title. The 3rd one includes one of the author's pseudonyms: Accessio tertia. De vera perfectione ac felicitate in hac vita attingenda ... Commentationes Alethophili.
