At head of title: No. 1576.

By 1839 the Religious Tract Society had an additional depository in St. Paul's Churchyard; the Society's Piccadilly address was leased after 1850.

Burke Library copy: In a volume of pamphlets with collective t.p. "The Second Series Tracts of the Religious Tract Society. In one volume." and spine title "Second Series of the Publications of the Religious Tract Society."
