Colophon reads: Bononie disputata anno. 1430. per Joannem Sermonetam medicum clarissimum. Uenetijs vero impressa mandato et expensis Nobilis Uiri D[omi]ni Octauiani Scoti Ciuis Modoetiensis. 1498. pridie Kal. apriles. Per Bonetum Locatellum Bergomensen.
Edited by Johannes Antonius Terzagus.
Imprint from Goff.
Leaf 30 misnumbered 32.
Signatures: AA-CC⁸ DD⁶ EE-HH⁸ II-KK⁶ (KK6 blank).
Super-chancery folio, printed in 2 columns; 66 lines per column; col. width: 78 mm.; area of text: 240 x 162 mm. With paragraph marks, headlines, and woodcut initials; without catchwords. Publisher's device on leaf 73.
The commentary on Hippocrates's Aphorisms is incomplete: although the signed gatherings agree with the printed register and the text between CC8v and DD1r is consistent, the text between DD6v (which ends "morbus aut") and EE1r (which begins the commentary on Galen's Tegni) is not.
