Mrs Feeley and friends, Miss Tinkham, Mrs Rasmussen, and handyman, Oldtimer, close a visit to sailer-nephew Danny and bride, in Brooklyn, spending their money for the return trip home on gifts for Danny, find themselves walking at night in an industrial area.
Only enough money for a beer, they see a sign SALOON, and head for it. Inside they find the owner, a handsome young Irish War Veteran, unconscious with a ruptured appendix. They send him to a hospital, and proceed to happily put his bankrupt business back on its feet with their usual bonhomie. Hilarious!
