Edition Notes
A scientific expedition under command, successively, of Captains Cassaro and Vallette Laudun. The outward course included Madeira, Martinique, Saint Dominique (Haiti), the south coast of Cuba, Little Cayman island, Pensacola and Dauphine island, returning by way of the north coast of Cuba. The anonymous "Journal d'un voyage à la Louisiane, feit en 1720" by Captain Vallette Laudun, relates to the same expedition.
