"Missiological anthropology rests on three solid theological assumptions: (1) it insists on the primacy of the Holy Spirit in mission action; (2) it recognizes the need of genuine spirituality in those engaged in mission; and (3) it is convinced of the important role that human knowledge and skill can and should play in "proclaiming the Kingdom of the Father, sharing the life of the Son, and bearing the witness of the Spirit" (Newbigin)."
