This unsigned letter was presumably written by Wendell Phillips. Wendell Phillips sends along a letter he received, which he thinks ought to be printed in the Liberator. The letter was on the subject of voting [in the national elections?]. Wendell Phillips also discusses money matters and a Liberty Party meeting.
