[Letter to] My Dear Garrison

Oliver Johnson expresses his satisfaction that William Lloyd Garrison will be drafting the resolutions for the upcoming "Anniversary". Johnson advises that Garrison delegate his responsibilities to Whipple in order to focus his attention where it is most required. Johnson suggests that rather than instituting an entrance fee for the convention, they ought to forego this and simply take a collection.
