"Tractatus de chocolata" (pages 132-178) is mainly from the Spanish of Antonio Colmenero de Ledesma. "Dialogus de cholocata" (pages 179-188) is by Bartolomé Marradón.
Also attributed to Jacob Spohn who was probably only the translator.
