"Dispatches from the Lizard Brain was designed and edited by Russell Maret, and printed by him and Sarah Moody. The primary text face, Carolee, was designed by Russell Maret and printed from photopolymer plates. The titles are set in Felix Titling, which is based on the geometric alphabet drawn by Felice Feliciano c.1463. The four-color work was printed by Publicide, the photographs by Adorama. The cover design was adapted from an ornament designed and punch cut by Carolee Campbell. The binding was designed and executed by Any Borezo at Shelter Bookworks."--Colophon.

One hundred two copies were produced. Seventy-seven numbered copies included tip-ins of original material. They are printed on a special making of Twinrocker Handmade Paper with a selectionof vintage papers peppered throughout. Twenty-five copies are printed on Hahnemühle Gutenberg paper. These copies have fewer tip-ins; they are unnumbered and reserved for private distribution. All copies are signed by the authors and craftspeople involved in making the book."--Colophon.
